Effective treatment is built around the individual.
Physiotherapy offers many different tools. The key is choosing the right approach for the right person at the right time.
This means understanding not only what to use, but also how and when.
Therapeutic exercise, for example, requires the right dosage, progression and timing, much like a medication.
Manual therapy can be helpful in certain situations, but it is rarely sufficient on its own.
This is why we do not follow fashionable trends and one-size-fits-all approaches.Every intervention is guided by clinical assessment, continuous professional development and the goal of helping you become more independent.
To ensure a high standard of care and individual attention, the clinic follows a limited number of patients.
Conditions and Areas of Expertise
Every person has a different story and requires an individualised approach.
These are the conditions and patient groups I most commonly work with.
Back and Neck Pain
With back or neck pain, resting may seem helpful, but inactivity may lead to weakness, and symptoms often return when normal activities are taken up once again.
A gradual, safe therapy programme can help you regain confidence in movement and return to everyday activities.

Sports Injuries and Return to Activity
After a sprain or period of overload, the body can lose strength and confidence, increasing the risk of further injury.
A structured rehabilitation programme will help you regain confidence and reduce the risk of re-injury.

Post-Surgical Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
Surgery is a starting point, not the end of the journey. Stiffness, uncertainty and difficulty with movement are common after an operation, but if neglected they can limit recovery.
Rehabilitation can help restore mobility and support a safe return to everyday life.

Neurological Conditions
Every neurological condition is unique and requires an approach tailored to your specific needs.
Together, we can develop a personalised rehabilitation programme designed to improve function, support independence and help you make the most of your abilities.

Rare Conditions
Rare conditions often require specialised expertise and can leave people feeling overlooked or unsupported.
I am committed to understanding each patient's condition through continuous professional development, allowing me to provide a truly personalised rehabilitation programme.

Balance Disorders
I Balance disorders including dizziness and instability, can be highly disruptive and may make even everyday activities feel challenging.
The cause is not always immediately clear. I begin with a functional assessment and then use vestibular rehabilitation and targeted therapy to help restore your balance and confidence.

About Me
My name is Oliver D'Adda and I am a physiotherapist based in Turin. I am bilingual in Italian and English, having grown up between Italy and the United Kingdom.
My approach is guided by scientific evidence, but treatment is always adapted to the individual rather than following a rigid protocol.
Over the years I have worked with many types of patients, following stroke, Parkinson's disease, ataxia, apraxia and other neurological conditions, as well as in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation and post-traumatic rehabilitation, including complex clinical presentations.
I work in both private practice and within the Italian National Health Service, including at the Don Gnocchi Rehabilitation Centre in Turin, where I have been involved in outpatient rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and robotic rehabilitation.
Alongside my clinical work, I develop software solutions for the healthcare sector. Among the first clinicians in Italy to apply immersive technologies (XR) and exergaming in clinical rehabilitation, I use these tools selectively when they can provide a genuine therapeutic benefit. I have applied these approaches in balance rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, multiple sclerosis, reconditioning programmes and adapted physical activity for older or more vulnerable individuals.
Drawing on my background as a musician and singer, I also have a particular interest in supporting musicians and other professionals whose work depends on fine motor control and performance.

Alongside my clinical work, I develop software solutions for rehabilitation. I have introduced immersive technologies (XR) and exergaming into clinical practice, using them only when they offer genuine therapeutic value.
I also work with musicians who require rehabilitation that takes fine motor control and performance demands into account.
